I have some of those I think I will try out on my valver when It gets back on the road (if it ever gets back on the road), get some silver indicator bulbs to avoif the fried egg look.

the vw half or full smokeys are the best i rekon. Not a fan of the crystals but its your car if you like them go for it.....u still got THE best colour

Thanks all, colour is nice, but needs some sorting, and a lot of polishing in the mean time.
Wheels are ace, but a so and so to clean!

I've used nearly half a tank of fuel in only about 100km, I think she might be running a bit rich though....
smells of unburnt petrol a bit, even when up to temp.

Firstly to polish paint and Rims, also steam clean the interior !

Then bodyshop quotes....

As for tuning, it's a good base for a project, recent complete engine rebuild by The Phirm, and has a ported 'charger.
May well run smaller pulley etc, given time.

Handling not too bad, it's on a spax kit at the moment, quite low, don't think it has any uprated arb's though.
Brakes are good, been done with Zimmermans (I think) and green stuff pads.

A friend of mine with a good digital SLR took pics, and burnt a CD for me round his place, but when I got home, the CD was blank !
