I went to my scrap yard and they only had 1 mk2 golf!!

Is there a shortage everywhere or is it just near me

Ive never had to go lookin for em yet, although i may be goin lookin for two window motors  soon

I've seen loads of bargains too but now I have the cash can't find any

problem down here is lack of scrapyards.
there used to be loads where you could wander round and help yourself to the parts
now there is only 1 that i know of, the rest dismantle them themselves and charge you a fortune for what you want

hasnt there been some kind of change in the rules about keepign scrap cars these days?

i used to love the scrappy.. but they always seem to be "cubing" up the cars at a quicker rate these days
