mk1 20vt jetta

been offered one im not gonna say how much 4 cause i might sell it before i even buy it. its a bit of a rat look actually it looks like a rat. lol. im considerin buying it an chuckin it in a mk1 golf or mk2 golf how hard would this be? expense? and how much would u pay for this car considerin the engines only done 18000 and runs an absolute peach.. would anyone be interested in something like this if i sold it?

why would you want to buy it to take the engine out? may as well just buy a base engine. if someone has done the hassle of fitting it to a mk1 jetta it would be a shame to break it

i really dont like mk1 jetta's but this car is unbeleivably cheap thats the only reason i might buy it im happy wit my mk4 1.8t 4 myself but wouldnt mind a little project.

i guess if you had a solid mk1 golf shell then it would be a good donor car as i guess all the hard work has been done. ie wiring etc, so so could be worth buying but only if you have that solid mk1 shell.......

mark 1 jetta's are quite rare these days, might be worth selling on for more money!
