I've been recommended kent cams profiles GS1602 , 1603 , 1604 this is quite harsh apparently , and also Newman 260 or 268,these give a decent idle

The dogs dangelies of all cams are schrics! But they also cost an arm and a leg. Ive just bought a set of 268 degree cams from german ebay. When it comes to cams its not just the degree thats important. You also gotta take into consideration the lift etc.

If your looking for a cheap cam upgrade then there is another option. Source yourself an origional exhust cam, cut off the spline on the end that usually connects to the pulley, then install it as an inlet cam. And voila a matched set of cams with more lift for very little money!
