diagnostic port on mk 2.0l 16v (94) gti

where is it??as have invested in diagnostic kit (yet to arrive) ordered it online last night (draper kit) and havent got a clue where to bung it as my ABS light has decide to rear its ugly head so got to fix it hope the kit helps!!!!!  :embarassed:

are you on about the vag com port ?? if so pull out the ash tray and slide the plastic cover on the left hand side of it (slide the cover over to the empty ash tray hole)

had a look there and there is no port but this seems to be where most people have suggested i think i have finally found it under the blanking switch next to the heated rear window switch on the center blower console just above the ashtray but thanks for your response djhectic
