does anyone know if a set of 2 plug clocks can be wired into a golf with a single socket?

Unless you have a real flair for electrical work, I'd find a single plug unit, as they come up often on ebay.  The fuse box is different on the later Mk2s making this conversion a bit of a 'mare, I hear.
