41 in a 30 at 3am in the morning..........roads were empty and I was on my way home from work so somewhat tired

Thats fixed camera's for you............whats more annoying is I've always know the camera is there (Sunningdale), I was just bimbling along with my concentration miles away from the road. Whats more, I usually take the M3 home, took the A30 that evening for a change of scenery

Anyone heard of the new cameras what NEVER run out of film?-Specs.They r geet small as well,size of a cctv,so u don't notice them,and thus get caught?!Its in the news of the world the day!
How to beat em!:-

1,Check the alleged speed and time of the offence,the police can make mistakes!

2,If ur summond for a serious speeding offence caught on camera,u may hav grounds for appeal if u didn receive the notification within 14 days.

3,If u hav only nudged over the limit by a few mph.ask 2 c a calibration certificate for the machine that caught u.Gatsos must b checked annullay.

4,If u decide 2 fight,ask 2 c the police evidence.Cops r not allowed 2 produce photocopies or digitally enhanced photographs.
