Difficult to tell if this is real or a hoax.....One question though, if the modifications are subtle and not visable to the eye (Different Cams for example) woul dthat still be picked up for one of those "Super MoT" things if it can't be spotted?

hmm, could be an april fools type thing but u never know do you.

Yea you have a good point, it would prob be too hard to police so i dn think it will come in to force to be honest!
