I think a mixture of the two as well.  Although I'm not a big fan of chrom under the hood.

Looks like you have a lovely polished manifold there mate!  What have you used to bring it up?  I did it once but would love to know if there was a quicker/better way if I ever do it again!  :smiley:

Would be good to see the final install on your car too!

I'd love to know of a quick way but i don't think it exists, it was a lot of work, I used wet & dry and wire wool to flatten it, then i buffed it up with polishing soaps & a mop  :wink:

I was so impressed with the soaps that I ordered some of this stuff to flatten the rest of the bits to be polished, it only turned up yesterday so i haven't tried it yet  :smiley:
