Help Needed with Removing Electric window motors

I have removed one side and managed to get the window out to remove the drivers side but am struggling with the passenger side. I did look at it and thought about smashing the bloody thing, but walked away from it.

So how do you do it?

You need to wind down the window a bit and take the glass out to do it really, otherwise its a total faff with a small spanner in an awkward position
