unfortunatly there little to gain from a 1.3
so really its another engine or another car, another car being the easiest option as if you but a big engine in youll obviously thav to upgrade your breaks etc too so alot of work, you could get a 1600/1800driver for around 300 quid if ya dont want the search for a good condition gti,fair performance cars+you can do cool things like stick a gti camshaft in it etc as its pretty much the same engine just with the injection system mine was 210 quid and twas completely mint
make 200-300 by selling the 1300 on and your sorted
