Forum problems
« on: 25 November 2003, 12:12 »
Forum is playing up again. Took me ages to get into it this morning and now that I am in it keeps refreshing the page. Last time that happened the forum went down for 6 hours.
We may not have long.  :( :( :(

Rich - I've been keeping a mental note on the problems, and I've noticed it is definatly worst just before I go to work, lunch time, and early evening. It speeds up during the "quiet hours". I can only assume it must be some sort of bandwidth problem, or there is too many people tryimg to access the site, or other site using the same server maybe. This could be what is slowing it down.
I think I would definatly pay an annual subscription to the site if it went towards paying for better access to it -(big hint for you there, John)
I don't own this anymore - I just can't be arsed to change the picture

Yeah, all for that. A better server and a 'username@golfgti.co.uk' email address.
Got to be worth a few quid.

Wasn't NTL apparently alot of internet access had problems. Something to do with a server outage? This site worked last night but no others. Must be a sign I am not to use the PC and VR6 can.  ;D
