can someone post a picture showing jacking points, axle stand locations etc for mk1 cabrio please. dont want to f*ck the floor like my old avenger

nope!! I've only had it 2 weeks and the haynes book of b*ll*cks doesn't show them, nor the gearbox filler plug, nor the cambelt change procedure, nor th.......etc, etc, etc.

Don't bother with Haynes, get a Bentley manual. These manuals are factory repair guides for VAG USA.

nope, can't find it! must of coagulated in the bottom of my rusty tool box (no, not an abandoned 205)
I take everyone just whacks it under a suspension mounting point and shoves a stand under the sill about 6" from the end?
