Looks like I wasn't the only one getting there car parts stolen last night...
My project car is parked in a yard (hidden between vans) and someone broke in and did the following:
Smashed my rear window
Nicked my K& N Induction Kit
Stole my fog lights, indicators and side repeaters
Stole my MK4 badges
Stole my Big bumper skirts
Its a joke - been working on this car for a year now and as soon as its ready to go to the sprayers (after a engine transplant) its bummed again....

Sorry to hear that buddy - you have my sympathy.
It is getting ridiculous, the number iof people having sh!t broken into or stolen. Something has to change.
I'm all for draconian action, chopping off fingers, that sort of stuff. Who's with me?!

Sorry mate :'(
Chopping fingers off sounds good to me.
Watchout dubbers. Winter is probably the time where most break-ins occur

The thing is - nicking this stuff is pointless unless you have a GTI or know someone with one....
Also - what gets me is - who knew I had an induction kit on (done 4 miles in the car in a year!) and who the hell would smash the back window to flip the catch for the bonnet? very strange - they even took the bracket and the nuts for the induction kit
I would love to beat the hell out of who did it!! satisfaction that would be!

That's bad news and what's worse is its obvious those parts have been stolen for or by a fellow VW owner.
