I bought mine a couple of months ago, I found the prices vary alot, its hard to get an unmolested one.
I found the best way of knowing is to trawl as many
car classifieds as possible ie fish for cars, ebay, autotrader,findit etc, etc etc.
Got mine from a local trader (had been a part chop) but I had driven (and flown) up and down the country looking for a good one. Mines not great but its got a very good 'bottom' and interior so's got good potential.(and it was the right colour)
So just be very careful and don't buy the 1st one you see.There's a good Campaign site(with buying tips) and if you look through these forums you can find a lot of MK1 problems to look out for when
buying.
