By all means get checked out and glad you are OK. It just annoys me when people claim for loads and loads and then still work and do us (the general public) effectivly out of money. For genuine cases thats what its for.

Good luck though I'll get off my soap box now LOL. Sam xxxx

i thoroughly agree with you Sam. your con - we pay.

Definitely good advice from Sam....

Back problems can lie malignant for many many months and then suddenly manifiest into all sorts of trouble.  Best get yourself to either a Physiotherapist or a doctor for examination to make sure everything is in alignment still..   My best bet for the sake of 20 quid would be the Physio as they can say straight away your condition and if you should use this as leverage etc...

On the car note, I would get it thorughly looked over, don't just assume bumber and exhaust are all that is busted - have a full suspension geometry check and adjustment done, and add that to the claim. Did you have your hand brake on when it happened? I (successfully) claimed for 2 flat flat-spotted Yoko's when I got shunted.

Definitely good advice and something I would also have checked out..   Some people think that because they pay their insurance they are frightened to claim too much for fear of a severe increase in the years to come.  BS !!!   If you have a claim it will increase by 'x' amount no matter how much you have claimed for perviously.  Not 'x' plus what you also claimed for only 'x', so make sure your claim at that time is to your own personal satisfaction.  Be happy in yourself that you have received everything you personally feel comfortable with..

Good luck !!!!

Paul :)

PS.. My wife was an insurance underwriter before she gave up to be a household engineer *hugs her and smiles* so she has educated me well :)
