VW Cruise Control

I have read a few posts about this and although it has lots of information it's still i job i would rather leave to someone else!

Does anyone know of a reliable person/garage who would be able to do this?  And an idea of the cost involved?

1 Other thing, the 2 stalks available, a VW Stealer told me one stalk and the how to guides use the other?  Can i use either as the one i thought it was (on the guides) is the same type as the other stalk on the right.

One stalk is for the earlier model (pre 2002) and the other one, as shown in the guides, is for the later model, 2002 on.

Having said that, I have fitted the later stalk to my 1999 model and it works fine (and IMO is a slightly better design). The layout of the switches are very slightly different in that the 'reset to previous set speed' button is on the slider switch instead of on the end:-
