how to stop vandals

has any one got any ideas on how to stop the local vandals as they are really pissing me of i woke up this morning to a large splat of paint on the bonnet and grill of my 16v mk2 and paint poured over the entire length of the bumper of my type2 camper and they also did a number of other cars in our street any ideas how to stop them have put cctv up today but i would sooner they didnt come back at all (prevension is better than cure) >:(

I think they should bring back national service and have all these sh!ts as mine sweepers, gets rid of them and they do a sterling service in the process.
