First off it appears to have been clocked, theres a oil leak from sump plug were a numpty cross threaded it, theres a water leak were a hose calmp has broken, it doesnt appear t have been chipped, it doesnt seem to have K03s turbo fitted either, the turbo hashad the vaccuum pipe and wastegate pipe blanked off on the turbo (probably to give constant high boost), theres no service history, ive already had to change flywheel and clutch (previous owner tried to get round this by just changing clutch), turbo is whistling its nads off, theres only 4 studs on the wheels, the spare wheel is bald and flat, theres no jack or wheel brace or towing eye, starter motor is knackered.

Thats about all i can think of off top of my head

No offence meant Browny, but you bought a munter - I am sure you said in another thread u were 'in the trade'. It was cheap, showed low miles and had no history - maybe I am an old cynical sod, but if it seems too good - it is.

If I were you (and I bought a lemon of a Porsche 5 years ago) I would cut my losses and chop it into an auction (assuming your car is HPI clear?) - You may even get your money back, as 3.5k is bargain for these and you won't have the guilt of having 'misdescribed' in a private sale.

Look on the bright side, u have a good chance of getting your dosh back - on the other hand, if the list of problems is not quite small, why not just get em all fixed and enjoy it?

I don't mean to sound harsh when I say this, but IMO there's a number of things that should really have been apparent when you bought the car surely, such as no service history, no jack, no towing eye, 4 studs on the wheels, knackered starter motor... did you buy the car without having viewed it? As Charri said, probably best cutting your losses and sticking it into an auction...

The thing is, i knew about the lockers (£15) and the starter (£80) and with no serive history i was a little ignorant, thinkin a simple service would do, in hindsight it was a bad move.
