(!) brake warning light help needed

a week ago the warning light beeped and flashed on  a couple of time then went off so i topped up the brake fluid. this solved the beeping and flashing until now as its started again. i've had a little look at the discs and pads and they seem ok can anyone advise me on any other probelms it could be?

the car is a 1.6 se

its about the min line i think its in a hard place to tell

so its must be leaking brake fluid somewhere? i would get it checked out
