i got my hi flow cat put on today its fine when the cars just ticking over but as soon as i pull off i makes a vibrating like the engines moving and something is hitting something else has anyone got one of these and had the same problem if so what was it its the one with the 3" downpipe btw

i have one with the 2.5 in downpipe, no suspicious noises from mine. i'd take it back and get it looked at if i were you.

just had a look the best i could without a ramp and it seems the downpipe is hitting the subframe the bit that goes underneath it when the engine moves ive emailed awesomegti and milltek just waiting for a response should i have noticed any power gains or would it need to be remapped im booked in at jabbasport for monday so i dont realy want to take it off if i can help it

Maybe you've got a knackered engine mount?? Meaning when you rev the engine, it rocks too much, thus catching the frame??

^could be that, its a good modification anyway.
my milltek kit gave a 12bhp improvement before a remap, wasn't really noticable.

thats good i had the cat back system on anyway just had the cat put on today cant wait til monday hopefully see 200bhp should make the car a bit more fun to drive
