Ever Heard of a Mk3 JDM Exhaust

Just done a Google search and all it came up with was lots of JDM parts for Nissan's and Honda's.  The quality does look good in the add though and it does look like a golf back box, and any decent exhaust fitter would be able to make it fit in any case!!  I bought i very similar looking "universal" back box for my Merc and got it fitted no probs for £40. They had to weld on brackets, etc.

JDM = japanes domestic market is what i thought.
Seemed a strange name to market an exhaust for a german car under though.

The brackets look in the right place but without handling the thing i cant tell how good the quality is. Ive got a scorpion on my mk3 which looks pretty identical to that, this would be for my partners mk3. Although it looks the part the only thing which im not sure about is how loud it will be she doesnt want it any louder than my scorpion back box.

The seller is probably using JDM as an ebay selling point... because it sounds "cool"

This seller sells a lot of stuff for jap cars so hes probably just stuck the JDM in there for search engine purposes.He's got pretty good feedback and Sells a lot of stuff at very reasonable prices.If that backbox is a perfect fit and doesnt need fettling to fit,its probably worth the money.Not so sure about his statement of a "good bhp gain" tho........
