Reccomended Resprayers???
« on: 17 November 2003, 22:27 »
Does anyone know of any decent resprayers in the bedfordshire area?

I want my whole car done cos I crashed it (not my fault)

What prices are we looking at for a decent job including stripping the car etc etc.

Cheers

cheap!? 600?! i'm looking down the barrel of a bill x times that.

the quality (and price) will refect the prep done on the car and how the car is finished.

Not always! I've used the shop to do loads of stuff for me and its always really good. They guy does it as a homer so you don't have to pay tax on it.

Let me know if you want the number.

Blue Mk2,

I have a buddy who is a sprayer by trade and he is a God with a spray gun - your golf should be right up his street as he spent all last year restoring his oak green 16v which now looks absolutely stunning.

He currently has a new spray booth being built in his unit and he should be up and running again in a couple of weeks.

As for location, he lives in St. Neots, which can't get much closer to Bedford!!

His prices are very reasonable, but his work speaks for itself. If you're interested let me know and I'll put him in touch with you and you can talk turkey,

If you do find a good spray shop hang on to them, as a lot of cowboys seem to like spraying cars.
