i know this may sound a stupid question. but would the turbo from the audi 2.0 turbo fit on to the 2.0 8v ?

If you have a turbo conversion done - Probably, but why would you want to do that :undecided:.  Its not just a case of bolting on the turbo and away to go :cry:

Are you referring to the latest Audi 2 litre turbos? as in the same engine as the new golf gti?

If so, its completely different to your engine - the FSI is based on the 20v i think. Whereas the old 2 litre is based on 1970's VAG cars
