Coilovers and stuff

Hello. I'm baaack. Moved house and changed jobs so been away from the site for a while, but I've returned.
My shocks need replacing soon, so I thought I'd ditch the lot and go for coilovers. Can any one recommend any good brands. I'm pretty near Awesome-Gti in Warrington but not sure which ones to get.
Cheers,
Rich.

how much is good value?
also, to stiffen up the ride and improve handling do you need strutbraces and anti roll bars?

Anyone gone for wheel spacers too, to make the wheel really fill up the arch?  I see that awesome-gti sell some. ÂÂÂ
