Was wondering if anyone can help?
Have developed a cut out problem over the past few weeks. So far it has always happened when the engine has been running for a while but not up to full temperature. Have noticed the oil temp light flashes when this happens.
When it occurs whilst engine is idling always restarts without any problem, and if happens whilst driving can normally avoid stall by dipping the clutch and revving. The engine feels lumpy and down in power for a short while and then clears and all is well.
Read with interest of recent posting with what sounds like the same problem!
Does anyone know if, as was suggested, changing the Hall Sender relay or changing the ECU Relay position pt no 16590638y does the trick?
