swapping rear lights

hi i purchased a pair of GTI lights does anyone know how easy it is to swap them with the standard ones it is simply a case of undo ing the 4 bolts and swapping them over is there anything to watch out for any delicacy involved involved or is it a simple plug and play job any help much appreciated thanks

should just be the 3-4 bolts.

Disconnect the back of the light first, undo them, slide them out, take the bulb holder off the back and then do the reverse to fit them. Oh i know this may sound stupid but turn the ignition off first  :wink: :smiley:

It dont work like that unfortunatly, some of the nuts are hard to get at and a pain in the arse to undo :angry:
