you would have to mod the bulb housing to take a H4 bulb, and run wires from the back of your front lights to em.  only problem is they probably wont be set up to focus the dipped beam light properly!

I was wondering just this...

For just the effect of light coming from the angel eyes, you'll need to splice the existing dipped beam wires to get the angel eyes to come on.
Then when you use full beam the spots will come on.
But I'm not too sure...

take your side lights out, and use the power cables for these as a switcher for the angel eyes, make a separate loom for the angel eyes, which would turn on when your side lights are on, these stay on with dipped and full beam(or they do with my car anyways,

I assume the effect your trying to achieve is when your dipped beams are on the outers, your inners are only on with angels eyes???

The above would do this.

I have been toying with the idea of making angel eyes once I get crystal inners and outers ( i would only do this with crytals, the fluting on the normal lenses make the angel lights look rubbish imo)

Anyways, i was playing around with the idea of opening the light units up and attaching maybe three tight together loops of this stuff

http://www.litewave.co.uk/glow_wire.asp

(with very tiny dabs of super glue to the inside of the lens) and then paint the back of the the el fibre black, or coat it in something to block light spilling back onto the relfectors in the lights)

What you guys think of that idea? On and the glow wire i would use would be white, 2.5 mm superbright.

I persoanlly think this would give a much better affect than any of the currently available angel eye kits.

Warren.

it would be very tricky to get it to look cood, but if you put the work in I recon it'll be ok.  problem is getting the string perfectly round, and also getting it to meet up nicly at the ends!

the plan i have been trying to come up with is not to have them meeting up, i am going to try and get them having a non complete circle, hard to explain

i will maybe photoshop it

its surprisingly easy to get it straight, i forgot to mention i did angel eyes on my motorbike this way, but decided to do it on the car now much brigher el wire is available
