anyone tell me where you can get a black rear VW badge from, i have got a black one for the front from awesome-gti but cant find one for the rear.

Try http://www.gpcvwaudi.co.uk but don't go by the prices on their website its years out of date, give em a call :)

VW used to sell em but its been discontinued :(

I gave them a call. good price for the front one... but they dont sell the old ones anymore!!!!  :cry:

any one know if i can spray the orignal one? or is that just a stupid idea?

spray it defo, or get 1 from a scrappy an spray that 2 see how it looks, i reckon it will look the biz!!!!!! :nerd:

Go careful dude!! They are a pain in the arse to get out -(or easy to get out but hard to put back in!) I sprayed mine black, looked cool, but like i said was a barstard to get in!  :angry:

Depends what year, the later ones use the same rectangular clips & inserts as the 'Golf' badge, the earlier ones have a round pin thing with a chunky rubber insert.
