stiff clutch
« on: 13 January 2006, 20:43 »
in the gti the clutch is a bit more stiff and heavyer than my driver, is this the cable or just needs some grease on the clutch lifting arm (thingy).  its a manual adjustment cable, not automatic

Just buy a new manual cable, try halfords first as they are end of line so under £5 :)
Ask for one for a 1.6 Driver otherwise they'll try & sell you an expensive auto adjust cable!
