UNFINISHED PROJECT - DEAL OF THE DECADE
« on: 11 November 2003, 00:38 »
I'M REDUCING THE PRICE TO 500 POUNDS.  VERY VERY RELUCTANT SALE BUT WE'VE EMIGRATED AND THE IN-LAWS WANT THEIR GARAGE SPACE BACK.

WITH THIS REDUCTION IT'S TOO GOOD A PROJECT TO PASS UP?!

I have a set of alloy wheels for a MK1 for sale (650 pounds), the good news is you can have the rest of the car for free.  It has an elite number plate (MGT 100Y) and a new respray.  It's an unfinished project (due to it's owner emigration) and needs some TLC but what a price!  Make me an offer.

Work left to do would be a new roof liner, front window screen and brake and fuel pipes.  She does not have an MOT but she does have a previous full MOT history.  Everything else is in great shape but you would need to take her away on a trailer and put her together.  We had a full re-spray (excluding engine bay that I planned to spray black) and had every intention of re-building her but then I went and emigrated.  I would love for someone to put her back together and have some fun, she's completing wasted sitting in a garage.  I am sending some pictures to you separately to your e-mail account.  Any other questions please ask.

The car is being stored at my parents house in Trimley St Mary, Suffolk (near Ipswich).  If you're interested I can give you a number to call direct.

Martin Greatbanks
