What Is It With Women????

Simple question...

Why do women think these cars: -

Nova
Astra mk2/mk3
Clio 1.2/1.4
Renault 5
Saxo
AX

Are sexier than a Golf GTI????

... baffles my mind.

Nova = OMG what a shed
Astra mk3 = GSI 16v is fast, but rest are minging and slow
Clio = point taken, hair dressers
Renault 5 = ???? eh? Shoe Box
Saxo = ... VTR is so frigging common
AX = Plastic boot FFS....

I dont get it... im honestly DO NOT get it... perhaps Golfs are too expensive for their boyfriends to own and they pretend Nova's are better to not hurt boyfriends feelings???  ???

Oooer whats up mate u not pulling in your Golf and all the Herberts in their back to front caps driving Nova's are??
Dont worry son it'll be ok, just buy a shell suit, a cap, some sovreign rings, get spots and a nova and hey presto instant success, kerching!!!

I don't have a clue. Personally I think all the cars you listed are pants and I wouldn't go to my own funeral in them. Then again I am pretty biased toward VW. :) When I bought my GTI the first thing my wife said is "it's ugly". I explained to her that I was driving a renault 19 at the time and it's picture is next to both ugly and sh!te in the dictionary. She just didn't understand.  Do we all have "golf blinders" on I happen to think my car is a very good looking car. Must not be looking at the right class of woman mate.  Maybe some of the woman on this board can help shed some light on it. What do you think Ladies?
