wheels and tyres please help!!!!!!

i wanna put keskin 9x16 kt-1s on my mk2 or 7.5x16 on front and 9x16 on back and was wondering where i can get em from also how much a set of tyres is gonna set me back? and anyone by chance know anyone in hampshire who does arch rolling
