2: if so then how much?
3: if not then is there a better and cheaper alternative?? not a bigger one, ide just like something that isnt old and dying

Yes mate go to volkspares.co.uk 1.6 is £558 d.i.y slap on a weber replacement carb you got a nice new engine...

550 is abit expensive for a 1.6 but then again its going to be a new lump.
you are better off buying a good running 1.6 and breaking the rest of the car to claim your money back

If i can get this Supercharger i made to work then i wont sell her, but i been offered a tatty GTI for £100!
+ im getting more and more frustrated with getting the car to run more fuel. (too much air from charger, not enuf fuel)
