'Rado steering column
« on: 24 December 2005, 15:03 »
my husband is breaking his 16v rado , i would like to know if the steering column and gearbox from the car will fit my 1.8 driver without to much trouble.
The steering wheel is an adjustable job if that makes a difference, i am also eyeing the shocks up but have just fitted two rear ones to Betty.
Any help appreciated before he sells all the bits to someone else, so i can have them wrapped for 2moro.lol :santa: :santa: :santa: :santa: :santa:

pretty sure the steering column doesn't i was looking at one for the adjustability thing but looking at it didn't seem to line up right. the gear box will fit but can't see the advantage......
team grumpy....... its a way of life, not a forum post

It wont go on without modification, but if you do go for it it makes fitting the rado dash easier ;)
