Does anyone know.....

what these circular things on the front of the engine are?

Why its leaking water?

And how i can repair it?

By the way the engine is a vauxhall astra 1.4 8v. Just hope some of you experienced guys could help me out. Its the wifes car by the way. Help help else she might have to drive the golf!

1. core plugs
2. not enough antifreeze causing coolant to freeze possibly
3. rip out and replace with new - screw in a couple of self tappers & pull/lever em out

^^What rubjonny said! They are easy to push inside the block which can be a pain so be careful.
