i think ita more of a new corrado than a scirocco, its not boxy enough to be a scirocco. I am not sure what i think of it really  :undecided:

but the corrado was the successor to the scirocco and also compare a mk5 to a mk1/2 golf.....................

its just like vw calling the jetta a vento/bora etc when in the states its always been called a jetta.....
team grumpy....... its a way of life, not a forum post

yea good point, but it just doesnt have any of the same lines as a scirocco and if they do decide to bring it out, it should really be called a corrado

I think the name Scirocco means more to VW and regardless of the look, it should be Scirocco, altho Karmann Ghia would be even better

After all the Corrado was that good, they only did it for a few years!!

I think it looks pimp, and I would have one, especially de-chromed, dumped and running some 19" splits. I would photoshop it, but I ain't got a feckin' clue how to do it!!

Hang on, I've never seen an E plate Corrado, as the Scirroco was still in production in 88, I wouldn't have thought VW would be running the two cars simultaneously. And I had my head read.....thats why I got a mk2!!!   :nerd:

PS, VW did the Corrado (in the UK) from 89-96  :nerd: :nerd:  Still 7 years, but we all have our mishaps
