miss fire

My 16 valve is shorting out between the spark plug leads and the distribiter cap. Everything is tight, it is not damp, and they are not that old. It seems to be worse when cold. Any one got any idea why. :sad:

Thats what I am thinking. Can any one recomend a good set, where to get them, and the cost. Thanks.
