mk2 gti 16 valver modding bhp questions

hi i am having a miltec full stainless and manifold with induction kit and roll and road fitted soon on my valver i was wondering if anyone has done similar and wot kind of bhp gains am i looking at?

exhaust = 6-10hp
Filter = 1-2hp (if that)

yeah if only sorry i ment getting it roll and roaded so it is set up properly is the 156.3 thing what u got or just a big guess it is a pipercross induction. also do u guys think it is worth getting an induction kit or just gettin a filter and drillin the airbox

doesn't really matter what you do filter wise, all they both do is make a noise. Induction filters add 1-2hp tops, and that is proven. By myself as well as the manufacturers. If the filter did so much do you not think they would of added one as standard? It only costs a few quid more than a panel filter anyhow.

i would guess at 150 to 160 if you get it all setup properly
