flaking lacker

my lacker on my car is flaking, wots the best but most affordable way to sort this?? its round the rear window and on one side of the rear quaters. my cars a blue colour that looks purple if the sun hits it right

thats a bummer! it sounds that when at some time it needed some paint,they never keyed the  paint before applying the lacker, to be honest to get it wright i would personally take it to a body shop,i don't think there is a quick fix to your problem,
