had some complete tw@t in a ppl carrier reverse into me before whilst at a junction. he had only went from about a foot away into me and there seemed to be no damage except a slight scuff which i knew would t cut out but got his details and said i'd let him no after washing it later if it didn't buff out. after more investigation it seems the passenger side headlight is loose due to one of the fixing 'arms' being snapped (if you open the bonnet and look at the top of the headlight there are two black bit that go from the light to the car which are star bolted) . anyway my q is does anyone know if you can buy the arm bits separate or is it a case of him forking out for a new headlight alltogether?
cheers i dont really care just would prefer it if i kept the same light as sometimes when you replace one for new it can stand out as being a new light if you know what i mean.

id get some money off em for out of insurance settle ment, then glue/plastic weld the broken bit and then spend any money on bits youd really like to buy for your car....

hmmmm, not a bad idea that mate i think i might have a 10p tube of superglue somewhere  and yeah i wasnt bothering with insurance anyway its cheaper than paying the excess and cost of next years after the claim even tho it wasnt my fault this time lol

meant to ask as i know a few ppl on here have changed their lamps for the black anniversary style ones  is it just the 2 fixings on top or are there any more that could also be damaged?

there are 4 bolts on your headlights mate, 2 on top and 2 on bottom which are only accesible by removing the front bumper like so - click here
