temp sensors in block 16v?

just been to GSF to get 3 new temp sensors, and the design seems too be different to the one's that are on my car, i have spade terminal connections, whilst these have like "umbrella" (sorry dont know how else to decribe it) connection, have i been giving something else? need to know before i start cutting up my wires...............................

The spades still slide over the top of the umbrellas. Just from the side and not the top.
