MkV Mud Flaps

Hi, was wondering if anyone had got any photos (or knew where there are any photos on the web) of the VAG mud flaps for a MkV Golf?

would mine getting some myself, i think they would enhance the look, aswell as helping keep it clean

washed it as normal at weekend, hour later it was worse than when i started :cry:

HI,
I just came back from my local stealer,I purchased a set of MK5 mud flaps,I've just come back from picking the car up and I was told that the mudflaps I purchased won't fit and that VW have no mud flaps for the MK 5 GTI.
If anyone has and/or gets some fitted would like to know the part number,please

My dealer told me that the Gti Flaps are different from the standard ones... And that they are on order. I will beleive it when they are on the car, then keep you posted.

Dealer has come back with the following part numbers;

Front mud flaps are 5M0075112.

Rears are 1KM075102.

however, I still havent seem them...

Has anyone actually got mudflaps on their Mk V GTI?

I got my car on Friday and was meant to have flaps fitted but they seemed to forget that. Now they are looking into whether there are flaps for the GTI and I would just like to know the correct position so that they do not lie to me and say there are none made.

The problem with flaps for the GTI is the side sill trim. The rear flaps are fine but the front ones won't fit due to the extra bit of black plastic from the front wheel arch along the sill. There will be some soon but this was a problem that VW hadn't thought about. I've got about half a dozen customers waiting for flaps to be fitted.

Just a thought but as the back ones are the same as all MK5 Golfs, you could just have the rears which would help stop all the muck spraying up the back. :undecided: That might look crap though, not sure.
