hi folks,
Some little f**k-wit c*ck-sucker decided to relieve me of my (front) factory smoked indicators and blanking plates from my mk3 anniversary last night. They also damaged some side trim and nicked the aerial!?
I've got a pretty good idea who it was since there are 3 other black mk3s in my village (none of them anniversarys)
But what i really need to know is whether any other mk3 was fitted with the factory smoked indicators.
The other golfs in the village are gtis and vr6s and if neither were fitted with them, and suddenly one turns up with smoked lenses... i'll have a pretty good idea upon whos car to pour the gasoline before lighting it!
I've already ordered some replacement from vw (over £100!!!!) and i know that there are other smoked lense kits about, but i dont think there are many cars about with factory vw ones.
Also, if anybody on the forum hears about anybody selling vw smoked lenses in the Guildford/Surrey area I would be very interested in hearing from them. mommus@gmail.com
