What letters are on the front of your bottom end. Im sure mine is a 2 litre 9A but it says 11J? Any ideas why?

cool, think the only one that iv realy surprised so far is a guy on they way to work, i was just as surprised though, surly 16year old golf's shouldnt be quicker than new m3's   got a bit furter up the road and had to get some petrol and the guy pulled in aswell and quizzed me as to what it was, looked up set when i told him it was just an 8v gti.

Realised the timing was out on saturday- it was at TDC but is supposed to be 6 degrees...now its even quicker! 
Hopefully rolling road at the weekend- theres one just outside cullompton for £35/hr
Fitting a mk3 heater matrix tonight...been chipping chunks of ice off the inside thanks to Devon turning into flippin Siberia!

Also the 8v box means it does 3150rpm at 70mph and did a surprising 30.3mpg on M5 this morning

As for surprising people, my blue sh!tbox is at standard height with small bumpers and a tow bar...l

Sometimes it annoys me, for instance i was in town with my mate joanne and a corrado vr6 went past and i said "ooh a 'raddo VR6" (sounded awesome aswell) and she was like "its crap its an L reg" i ws tempted to strangle her! its a feckin VR6!!!
