What sort ok mk1 is he getting most people wont touch him on a gti, i think you can class any mk1 as a classic car now so try hic and go for the classic car route only draw back is that they go for limited milage on classics our mk1 is with them on a 5000 a year agrement and show cover
Cheers for the recommendation!! i work for hic/golf+ insurance and you are right we will do most mk1's as classic now, unfortunatly though we dont insure any one under 19. Not sure who to sugest for 17yr old, maybe adrian flux?? Sorry not much help i know but best of luck with it and give me a ring in a couple of years and i will do him a cracking deal!!
