hey guys how are ya? my names mark im a new to this website but not too new to dub's! ive been reading alot of posts in this section and you all seem really cool so i hope to speak to you alot more!
well i own a 1.6 mk2 golf driver, i have worked alot on this car and it is now an exact gti replica to such a standard that you cant tell its not gti! (kinda bigging my work up there soz bout that).
im only 20 so cant afford the full gti yet :-(
but if anyone can tell me how i can increase the cars power and where i can get the parts from i will not only owe you a favour but also love you forever! (later part excludes males, soz bout that guys):-)

You probably need to speak to Sellers as he's also got a driver and has some plans for under the bonnet.  :wink:

eyup mark, welcome to the site.

the people in the mk2 section will be able to help with the engine side of things. there will be a few bright ideas in there im sure.

Theres a few people with drivers on the site so with a bit of luck we can be of some assistance.

cheerz for your replies guys! i am gettin some pics of the dub comin soon so keep ya eyes peeled! the engine is totally bog standard i have been concentrating on the bodywork side of things recently so i am just getting round to the engine now!

i am from the granny capital of the world eastbourne, east sussex which is about 20 miles east of brighton for all those who havent had the extreme pleasure of visiting!

welcome mate, I take it you are near Battle? I had a mate from there who had a mk2 gti but got rid of it to get a civic type 'r'
