Hi, just thought I'd use this forum to say Hello !!
Had a 83 Golf Mk1 C for a couple of months now and have decided to start modifying it in the near future !!!
I've been modifying cars since before I started driving (Mini) and have mostly had Turbo's (Reno 5 x 2, Cavalier 4x4, Celica GT4) But I've decided its time for a change !!
I've had a 5 GTT in Max power and on the cover of Redline (in my yoof
) and I've gotta say I'm over all that Chavy crap now so its time for some quality
My latest R5 is quite tastefully modded with Ronals and no stick on fiberglass tat, Oh 182 bhp aswell !! Here it is :-

I'll post pictures the golf as soon as my album is ok'd by the mods.
Gonna be fitting a 2.0 16v, respray (original colour), lowered and maybe some new wheels. Whatevers left will go on engine mods - TBs would be nice but we'll see
Look forward to coming to some meets in the spring and I'll probably be doing a project section once I start on the Golf.
