Fancy a Rallye.. No offernce against any G60 owners out there but they look like everything other mk2 and i want something a bit different..

Hey anyone know the standard spec of a Rallye.. eg Engine, 2wd/4wd?

All rallyes as standard have a 1763cc 8v G60 supercharged 1H engine (thats right, not 1781 like the PG engine'd G60's) producing 160bhp. All 4wd, all LHD.. if it's RHD its been converted no matter what the seller may try to tell you. Half leather, ABS and sliding sunroof as standard. Recaros, electric mirrors and windows and central locking were all options.
Probably loads more i've forgotten (jv is the ubernerd he will know)  but just ask if you want to know anything specific.

So its probably the best for handling of the Mk2's.

What about 0-60 and top speed for a standard version.. any ideas?

according to my brochure its standard 0-60 is 7.6 seconds, but if you ask me thats a bit optimistic due to the weight of it.. lots of people quote 8.7 which may be nearer the truth. top speed in the brochure is 130mph.. but who wants to leave a G60 monster standard simple charger/chip mods will make you grin like an idiot (and will also shut those 16v drivers up who boast their cars are quicker than a rallye)
