What car? a mk1/2 gti clutch is about £40-£50, so i suppose it depends how much you mind paying someone to do the work, its a 2 hour job max!!!lastime i paid someone to do it (a few years ago now) i paid £120 all in, i think it was from Mr Clutch

I've done quite a few now and it usually takes 3 to 4 hours but then maybe thats me being slow Maybe with a decent ramp/lift I could cut the time down a little but I usually find the worst bit being those poxy drive shaft bolts...........PITA
is around £200 ok? or pricey?

does anyone know how much it would cost for a mk2 16v? sorry for butting in on this mk1 topic..
